I cannot lower my price 10k.I would like to find out why there is no buyers.The house is staged beautifully, and craftsmanship is OK, nothing exceptional but no obvious cut corners.Why buyers don't make offers?

Guys just tend to see that as extra noise that isn't needed.I am making generalizations and there is exceptions to every rule of course.I think you have to come clean to the GF right away.

Whitney,I would argue that these horror stories are the exception not the rule.

Maybe it doesn't work here (we know nothing except a couple of figures thrown out) but 30,000 can bring in lots less than that in other investment vehicles.

In most cases that I buy from landlords they do not have any documentation except for the lease.
