If the foundation of a home needs work, how would I estimate my repair cost on a home that has 1800 square feet ?

We believe we can build for 200k a unit (very inflated number, most likely lower but using a conservative estimate).

Total resale is looking to be $285,000-$290,000 which leaves us with about $50,000 in net profits after lender fees, closing costs, holding costs, and minor renovations.

A new city heights affordable housing project has gone up at a cost of over $800k per unit.  

@Sumit Kaul- Can't really speak to that market in particular but ways to estimate the potential rent include rentometer.com, zillow.com (rent zestimate), and look on craigslist.org.  

The most recent comp to sell was 2114 Robinwood Ave, Toledo, 43620 which was converted to a Triplex and sold 8/4/2023.Ensure the purchase and renovation costs adhere to the 70% rule relative to the after-repair value (ARV), which is estimated at $250K for sound investment planning.

Simply leave a unit vacant, have your mail sent there, keep the address on your driver's license, and get a roommate to help offset costs.

They can vary widely and significantly impact the overall cost of homeownership.

As long as you factor in the cost of their removal into your numbers.
