I'm willing to guess that the bulk of your fee was not so much in tax prep (although it could have been), but was mostly "cleaning up my books".Cleaning up the mistakes in a QuickBooks file can easily add several hundred dollars to your year end bill.My fee structure is like this (and is similar to many CPAs in my area who are also self employed and work out of their homes.

If so, do you think buy and hold investing would be more or less cumbersome than using the SDIRA for other RE activity, (flipping, lending, etc), which seem to have their own concerns.....Unrelated Business Income Tax, self-employment tax.I'd appreciate any feedback on your recommendations as to how to best utilize these IRA funds within REI.

 (1) is not a given and end-to-end from sender to receiver, using an AIO printer on both ends will not employ IP but RS232 and there's no store-forward at ether end.(2) That's ideal and the inflight(SSL) is the easy part.
