Hello,

Thank you to all who put this wonderful site together. I am self employed and looking to invest in rental property In El Paso, Texas. Many years ago, I rented my house out of necessity. It was actually a really good experience. I feel I can do it again; this time for passive income. It's time to just get after it it and stop procrastinating. Any help or encouragement will be greatly appreciated. 

Again, thanks for the seemingly endless amount of information on this site. It will be well utilized, I promise.
