Yes of course I want to make a lot more money but not to buy fast cars or shiny things but so I can enjoy my time here on this earth without financial worry.

The festivals are nice as well and car shows, plenty to do around here.

My main concern is that the home is on the smaller side at just under 1100 sq ft, only 1.5bath and space for two cars.

Charging against the sec dep for room damage is clear and obvious - like repainting and recarpeting that one room.You lose some 'economies of scale' when you do 1 room repairs at a time because the other portion of the house is still occupied.

They have a financed car.

I have invested in Jackson and so far so good (only bought 12 months ago) but i think you need to do some more research surrounding debt and also the economies of scale that accompany debt when it comes to real estate.

So i'll tread lightly.The space will be for my business, utilizing the garage door for vehicle entry, and the sq footage will have 1 or 2 car lifts.  

It has the appearance of a converted two car garage and the face of the building is an unflattering stucco.
