How did you manage or reduce these costs?

I'm finding it hard to get a good wholesale deal myself in Colorado.

i was just reading over it and looks like you cant rent it shorter than 7 days and looks as thought it needs to be zoned b1 and up but anyway in my opinion str wont make any money in the area the occupancy rates just aren't there to cover the costs. i mean if someone what's to do it by all means have at it but im out.fox lake is limited to i believe 60 rentals at any given time but again if you look at the Calanders of the existing listings they're just not booked very much  

Compare each IRA Custodian's fee schedule and go from there, figure out how much you are willing to pay for them to service your IRA.

Could of LLCs I will do through the attorney but the rest I will try to do myself.Because I cant afford to do it for each LLC through the  attorney...So if any of you already did it, will you please let me know how you guys did it?

Now, you need to figure out how to find deals and pay for them.

Flat rate is assigning a charge to each task , now if they say before the job they charge 2 hours to change a bulb , thats what you pay , if it takes 10 minutes , or all day .
