If they move in, but their dream home comes on the market and they only stay in the first home for a couple months, is there trouble to get into or snags in the second lending process if they go for an FHA loan on that second single family if they decide to rent the first one out?

I have been considering Airbnb options for several of my units but after hearing your story I don't even need to sleep on it, my dream just died.

Almost to the point where I hear Brandon's voice in my dreams.

Without realtors I may attempt sub2 with a month free to pack and find a new place and, then a couple grand cash for keys (given at the end of the drive as they are leaving.)But with realtors it's all a pipe dream.

Just remember a goal without action is just a dream.

I can't stop thinking about the dream of early retirement.

While I love my job, my dream and passion has always been buying and holding a portfolio of real estate consisting of single-family and multi-family units that achieve cash flow capable of retiring on.
