I'm in discussions to buy a second home/investment property in Vermont.

Looking to consolidate into one software and believe we have narrowed our search down to Doorloop vs Appfolio. 

Hi Everyone  I'm new to real estate  investing and I want to buy and flip homes I'm currently trying to save money to buy my first property and also build my credit what would be some good advice to invest in my first home an how much should I save and also how can I follow  or identify target markets  for cheap houses and good market  and what website  could I use to analyze the market in my area.

Currently I have three doors, am private lending for two land/new construction homes, and looking to grow! 

We are working out how to fairly distribute the cash flow so everyone is compensated.

How are we going to afford buying the house, back to your main point? 

Now I want to update or amend the lease to a DOUBLE NET LEASE to reduce my expenses. 

I'm new to this group and excited to be here.

They just don’t see enough of these deals to feel comfortable with them.That said, I’ve had more luck with smaller regional banks and credit unions.. especially those that cater to higher-net-worth individuals.
