Would it work in more traditional markets or is it a contemporary design technique only?

I think my ultimate goals are to 1. have a lot more flexibility 2. create lasting wealth for my family3. improve the urban environment/communityOne think I didn't mention is that I'm an architect by day and I've had experience designing large multi-family properties.

As soon as that is all up and running, I will finish design and send out the mailers.

I created this so that we can all build an investing command center together: NW 'Burbs Investor MeetupIt is designed for either beginners who learn better from experiential learning, and so we add them to a deal, or, for experienced investors to simply do more deals, bigger deals, etc.  

I'm exclusively targeting trendy, high-demand areas where tenants tend to be young professionals and am rehabbing the properties with some very trendy, but inexpensive designs like reclaimed wood walls and chalkboard walls.  

So I need to find a realtor that is willing to put in multiple deals with the NAID designation for my state.
