College is not for everyone and if you're going to be successful, that will happen whether you're in school or not...get out there & network!

i was able to get from lowes a few dollars off from the a couple of teh scratch and dents... then an additional 10% then an additional 5% and delivery...

Delivery takes about 4 weeks.

There are many active investors to network with who attend, networking has really helped me grow in my business in the few short years I have been investing.
