This is a taxable event so be sure to run the numbers with your CPA so you are fully aware of the tax consequences. 

We are in need of a CPA, someone who is familiar with investing, preferably someone who is an investor themselves to help us navigate the tax side of things.

Contact your attorney and/or CPA but they're most likely going to recommend an S-Corp.

Good conversation to have with a CPA who also invests in real estate.

Get the right tax attorney/CPA/asset protection attorney/ and an insurance agent to help at a minimum.

On that note, 3.5% interest is a very great rate, and depending on your business structure with your career or rental property situation, you may be able to write off some of the expenses relating to the truck depending on if it has any business use (not a CPA, just my personal knowledge!).
