Our governor just lifted the memorandum on evictions so the courts will be backlogged for a longggg time so dealing with a possible eviction for the first deal isn't exactly exciting but hopefully doesnt got there.

In certain states title companies can provide an affidavit for the court asking the judge to "Set aside" or Vacate the judgement based on new owners.The court or collector could then re-file the judgement against the correct person as a "floating judgement" or lien against their property/assets.
