We had met at a function completely unrelated to real estate.

I live in the west and this entire area has seen much building over the last several years, and I think is generally expected to continue, perhaps with a bit of a slowdown for a while.I am seeing more houses on the local MLS.

Perhaps i should continue to take in 700+ credit score tenants for a high turnover tenant to buyer lead generation.

My long term goals include owning additional real estate properties and renting them to great tenants while using my love for tools and home improvement to continually make them better.

But can you actually continue an eviction, if someone else started it?

Should I continue to market in his town based on principal or should I take his advice and stop marketing there?
