Thanks for the content, Collin.From my perspective, in addition to the mean/average data, last year you could still find some outlier deals based mostly on location or identifying a few key features/amenities that buyers hadn’t caught up to.

Overall good deal for when your starting and it’s free and they have a lot of extra content to read about landlording, etc....

@Sarah Kensinger That's Great advice - do you have any people on social media you can recommend that have great content related to STRs?

And some jurisdictions require that we remove content when requested.

Consume content like crazy.

I plan on posting a lot of content on the local ordinances as more and more townships are putting a line in the sand.

And once you are at that level, is it then somewhat on autopilot, or do you have to continue to create content all the time?
