For our multi member OA, I think we paid $350 for a consultation with an experienced RE entity attorney and development of the document (as well as templates for various resolutions and handling the filing process with the state and the securing of a statutory agent).

Unless I'm mistaken, selling agents are not allowed to discuss other offers, I was actually under the impression that it's against the law, but I'm not entirely sure, consult a licensed Realtor.
