IMO that is our competitive advantage.I think having a really narrow scope until you find your rhythm is a good thing, imo.

Then you can treat the process as you normally would but you'll have some more options likely with tenants who are applying, and the friend-of-friend won't feel so "entitled" to the property because they have connections  (and they'll know they have some competition).

You’ll run in to not only local competition but national competition as well as people do want the best of the best selling what often times is their retirement plan.

It is done at an auction so it is competitive bidding and you are not likely to get a prperty for just the taxes unless it is junk. 

I would ad to his list:  What is the future demand for STRs going to be in that market and what is the competition going to be like? 

If any of the previous questions are yes - you may have a competitive advantage over others as you may be aware of what streets are good and upcoming.

I see offer pad and front door all over Vegas.. and they are buying houses.. and they use the exact same trigger words as wholesalers use on their direct mailor when a wholesaler has one of the VAs call me looking to buy one of my properties.has this created competition for you.. or are they just going for deals that are so thin U would not do them anyway?
