For your part at the meeting, you should have a comprehensive scope of work (SOW), a timeline, and a rough line item budget to compare his bid to when you get it.

I see duplex prices all over the board in Indianapolis, hard to compare what a good value and what is a dud...

From a financial standpoint, spending $26-32k for a $900/mo income sounds awesome compared to my neighborhoods!
