I would not recommend this strategy only if you absolutely need total control of a project, you really want to pick out the paint color, and think you will be a better operator than someone who has been doing this professionally for years/decades.

(layout issue).Kitchen: Looks like a break room in commercial setting...tiny amount of cabinets in a Huge vertical and huge horizontal space (layout issue).And the Hugeness of the space seems to be amplified by the color white on everything.I also wonder if KC is a big "Loft" town, like NYC is, or do the customers there prefer more mainstream apartments with amenities and standard apartment layouts?
