What Property Rendering Is Better?

I am trying to figure out which drawing/rendering is better for marketing my properties (I am new in this business and I am only self taught). Which is better?
- Hand-drawn or computer-drawn rendering?
- I take my pictures or professionals with experience take them?
- 2D or 3D?
- Water-color or pencil color?
