Flipping may or may not be the best choice for you considering your situation, but i have heard of them being done in 3 months or less, but the real issue is there is no way you can do it with only 3500 dollars.

Anyway, at the workshop, you get a lot of info about real estate but they will want you to buy a package - 20k, 40k or 60k - make a choice, that takes you to Vegas and you will be assigned to a mentor.
