Our goals are to have a house or two to pass down to our children that is paid off and make some passive income on the side that will allow one for one or both of us to work part time rather than full time.

This is due in large part to major corporations like Intel, Honda, Nationwide Children's Hospital, and Wexner Medical Center investing heavily in the region and creating numerous job opportunities.

Columbus has seen great appreciation with many new jobs being created from large expansions by companies such as Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Children's hospital and Wexner Medical Center.

Two times, the reason was that her children were sick and she had to attend to them & had no money to pay towards rent until she went back to work.
