I found Don Wood was running a charity scam called Child Watch where he attracts investors like our local government and J Charles Nemes was arrested for fraud in New Jersey some time back.They are also in bed with GreenSky Home Financing (who I have used!)

Last paragragh of page 27 through to the conclusion (page 28) shows the defendant took little effort in making the corporate subsidary a legitimate independent entity, and "the corporation simply functioned as a facade for the dominant shareholder" would resonate with any 'reasonable person'.If you call yourself 'Company A' then your corporate offices should have something to do with 'Company A', not logoed as 'Parent of A' with 'Parent of A' employees doing the work.

We were concerned about buying the property because a family would certainly be renting it from us and we were worried about a child sticking their hand through the fence and coming to grief.Our realtor actually found out who owned the house next door, found out there were tenants in there who weren't even allowed to have a dog, and the owner told the tenants to either get rid of the dog or pay to put up a 6 foot stockade fence.

I am 24, single, have no kids, and no real financial burdens besides student loans that I will have to repay.Advice I'm looking for:1) Loan repayment: everybody in school with me and my parents keep saying that I should work as much as possible when I get out of school and get my student loans paid off as quickly as possible.
