I know the phone numbers and the people whose names where on the deeds but I can't get in contact due to disconnected phone numbers.Any help on what I should do?

. :) We drove around looking for abandoned properties we liked for a buy/hold, culled the list to 12-15 properties meeting specific criteria,  then I located the owner's phone number (or family members) and we called them.

I plan to find a better PM soon or maybe try to do it myself, if possible.We would be in Fort Lauderdale.Last summer when we were on vacation for a month in Florida, several severe events happened at one of the buildings in MN and I was surprised how easily I could fix the problems remotely with just a few phone calls.

Funny thing is, I'm easy to work with, borrower could have saved a ton of money had he simply picked up the phone when I called and tried to work things out, oh well, people are people, all you can do is try.
