So the location might be hard to find good renters but just 2-3 blocks away there could a much better chance of getting someone great.

But I suppose if a tenant's agent calls and wants to do the showing then I'd let them do it (at the risk of having to pay them if we lease).I think all the rental houses on my block are owned by "professional" landlords that outsource everything to property managers and real estate agents.

He was putting in a 4 foot tall fence with climbing roses to block the view of the graves and pathway.The folks are not likely to want to pay the expenses to move the bodies--that is likely why they are in the yard to start with.

A small % in B- areas that could come up, but that's only if the lot size is just so significant and we can take a block off in one go.And if you are a large SFH buyer(especially in the sunbelt) you should be seeing some cold calls/letters coming in now trying to buy your house cash in the next 90-120 days from shell companies sourced by the largest institutional players.

In contract with a house, had the inspection complete and it uncovered that some footers need to be replaced (sitting on cinder blocks and on soil) and the main beam has a slight bow in it.
