If you are lucky enough to stop the bleeding, there might be other claims and/or repair expenses waiting for your checkbook.Your best bet might be to try to get it at the auction, if you really like this property.

You local realtors association can provide you with a list of all independent brokers in your area.5) In 3-4 years you can bet your own broker license (if that's what you want) and things can be different then.It all comes down to YOUR business plan.
