Buying a rental with negative cash flow and betting on runaway inflation in the near future really is not the rental business.Yet another thing completely is the mom and pop investor who only wants to own one or two rentals for their retirement.

My area sales price is about average compared to most of the city, but my own house is really entry level (way below the average price of $214K :roll:) In my zip code, there were 207 Active listings in August, and 30 of those sold.

My advice to struggling agents would be to actively seek out financing options for their clients.
