I just got a rental unit with solid hardwood floors and I am getting it beautifully refinished.I like to hear your thoughts on what do you require your tenants to when they vacate?

We just Got under contract for a beautiful building with a ton of historic features, and instead on coming in and completely gutting out the units, we want to work around these classic features, while providing modern touch and feel; mainly the woodwork around the unit (beautiful floors,trim, doors and kitchen cabinets that I don’t want to touch much).

I would tie back curtains too to highlight the beautiful windows too. 

Not trying to deter you, the beauty of investing in Real Estate is there are many paths to success and I think it's great you are eager to learn so early as you will be years ahead of the majority of us that waited until our 30's and 40's before we realized what was out there.  

It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath new construction with a beautiful view of the Pacific.  

Too bad about Charlotte, would love to own property there it’s such a beautiful place.

But we did look at a home in Hilton Head that had all the walls covered in beautiful fabric & the ceilings were rough hewn pine.

Just looking for some diversity and looking to investment in beautiful country which I may decide to use for retirement or build a vacation home.
