I'm doing a demo on Thursday with Clientlook - anyone have experience with this software?

My father was a huge help as he is a mechanical engineer and has access to drafting software, as well as having a great mind for electrical and general house repair.Numbers: Purchase Price: $85,000Construction cost: $160,000ARV: $315,000It was a fantastic learning experience for me. 

I am a software developer who wanted to start my own software consulting company, but after reading about REI I have been quite interested and want to try my hand at it.

My biggest issue right now is tracking SOI and leadsI was leaning heavily toward using Podio and actually spent many hours of the past few days reading, and watching videos about Podio and i was all excited to signup for the software due to all the functions it is capable of doing with Globiflow, but when i called in to signup today, they sticker shocked me by telling me that it would be $120+/Month to gain access to the globiflow program. 

Invest in the stock market (good luck competing against professionals with billions of dollars in equipment and software) ; )OR invest in real estate.  

If you choose to litigate, I further request all documents for repairs and accounting of all charges during the length of our agreement for an audit to be performed by my accountant.  

I would hate so see you get audited for something so standard that all solo 401k providers should provide. 

I am currently work as a Software Engineer in Long Beach but am looking to expand my knowledge of real estate investing.

What management software do you use on a daily basis for running your rental properties?

I'm 20 years old and I currently hold a full time job a software support specialist.
