To date this has been my most successful investments, and this is how I got started investing in real estate.I got my real estate salesperson license in August 2013.I currently attend Temple University pursuing a BBA in Real Estate (scheduled to graduate May 2015)I look forward to networking with other like minded people. 

My partner and I attended the Tarek and Christina El Mourssa Flipping Advantage seminar this past weekend.

I'll be attending local REIA's to start networking because it's all about building long term relationships.

I would highly recommend attending J.

Be sure to find time to attend the local REI clubs. 

However giving people like us an advantage on picking up properties very well below retail for numerous different strategies (Flips and Rentals).  

If it weren't for this forum I would not be attending this course "How To Make Money Wholesaling Bank Owned Properties!"
