With that said, commercial loans can be easier to obtain and will sometimes be a better fit for your projects (as-complete rehab loans, etc).And just curious....how many random colleague requests and forum mentions do you get here with that name?

Question here to the more experienced investors or those who may have used the BRRRR strategy... in reading up on it I'm not completely sure if it's developed for those who are buying all cash or if people have had success with the strategy on a financed property.

But what Samuel said You have 21 days to return the deposit or whatever remainder is left after the repairs of damages is completed.  

YOU want complete control over that part...

In my experience of buying my own turnkeys and helping other people buy them, I'd say the biggest pickle I've seen people get in is going into it assuming they can be completely hands-off.

Your LLC and YOU are completely different, need to have different accounts.
