I recently read the book “Rich sad poor dad” and It changed my whole perspective on what I want to do in life and that is to be financially free as soon as I can accomplish It, my goal I’m shooting for is 22-25.

I want option 2 but my fiancé strongly disagrees (I want to run before I walk)Option 1-If I pay off debt that will allow us to clear 1497/Month (871 more) Debts (other than house)- 25k in car loan @ 6.79%, 420/month (bad choice I know but you talk to my beautiful fiancé and you’ll understand) 71 months remain- 2.4k in medical @ 0%, 151.22/month, 11months remain- 3.6K in student loans @ 6.55%, 70/month (who pays these anyways?)

@Jordan Krasner That's the beauty of budgeting: In Year Five you'll have the $15K expense and you'll also have $15K in this CAPEX account, so your projected annual cash flow won't take a hit at all!

Immediate repair.Gotta say, I've learned to look at this stuff the hard way, by focusing on the beauty first, then realizing there is no ignoring the safety, finally concluding I was looking at the wrong stuff when I formulated an offer price and repair estimate, costing me extra money/not getting the deal I thought I was.
