Hi,Since this is where I first learned about investing in real estate I thought i'd come here first. 

It's not difficult to find financing solutions for your next property, you don't have any capital so why would there be financing solutions?

I believe this is the most appropriate category for my question.

I am kind of struck with this property.When I try to sell this property before covid i got offer around 180k but do not want to sell in loss. 

They claim to speak with around 200 people per day (not an exact number, it varies from day to day, but this an average), and they upload reports/logs for me to review daily.

I am just getting started on analyzing the data, however I am keen on investing in this area... specifically in small multi-family (no more than 4 units).

My investors are friends of mine however and will not be very active as i have informed them that i (as the general partner) will be making all the decisions. 

Hello Again Good People of the BP Community.I just rented out my 1st SFH rental property which I own free and clear. 

They could not refi out of the loans and they got foreclosed.
