Well apparently everything, both buildings had been gutted and all the copper taken and apparently it was too much trouble to walk out of one unit and go the next, so they tunneled through the walls between units.

What is needed to complete:-Additional painting and touchup painting of walls, trim, and blinds-Repairs to oak wood flooring, plus sanding, sealing, and clear-coating the entire floor-Laying marble tile around a fireplace-Installing a sink in a granite countertop, including cutting the holes, etc.

Depending on how much you're comfortable doing yourself e.g. fixing leaky faucet, changing light fixture, cracks in wall, new paint, 10% of rent per month is a reasonable first guess.
