There is a true shortage of housing and prices have gone up because of it.

I'm looking to use my agent skills to become an investor further on down the line, but I'm still in the very beginning stages of learning the subject entirely.

There are many ways to learn that skill, and Chem E made sense for me back in the day.Success in business and real estate investing have been far more impactful in pushing my investing forward.

This skill can be used to make money.

This skill while good to have has not really prepared me for Multifamily!
