Are there any particular styles of investing that intrigue you?

I like #1 if you are starting out because you can focus on specific neighborhoods/styles/school districts/ etc. and not be all over the place.However, #2 brings competition.

The style for furnishing in J-tree is very specific. 

We are building an event center and adding 15 Luxury Glamping style huts to the property.

I would also say learning about the type of investing you want to do, how that suits your needs as an individual and the time committment each style you are thinking about doing has on you.
