If you are looking for large multi investing, also check out Brad Sumrok, he was the chief trainer at LU before Steve and also now has a training company. 

I have around $1.5M in Mortgage debt locked at below 3% 30 year fixed. i have stable income from a big cellular company in San company so i have stocks.

DO NOT GIVE THOSE PEOPLE MONEY.This company is 100% fraudulent and a scam.

I’ve long term rentals till now but the issue is that the current Property Management company is deducting amount by saying there are repairs.

I would highly recommend reaching out to a property management company to help with the leasing.
