Yea we're looking at a value play, solid construction and u-value without the price tag of the major players like Andersen, Pella, etc.

Outsourcing and putting players to play in their best spots is more effective imo.

The reason FHA / the Gov't red flags peeling paint is because its a sign of lead-based paint (or it could be just a bad prep or primer or paint job).

I would be cautious though with jumping into a distressed property to use the BRRRR strategy from a distance as your entry into RE investing.. this is really for advanced users & without a very thorough knowledge of neighborhoods, rehab costs, & a team you know you can trust you stand a very high chance of coming out in the red. 

Agents, buyers, sellers, companies, customers, parents, kids, friends, spouses, coaches, players, suppliers, vendors, etc. all give and take to get things done.
