FHA LOAN standards not met
First time using this BP app and writing a post, not sure if I am doing this correctly
I am buying my first home (3 unit) house and using a FHA loan the appraisal from the bank didn't approve my FHA loan because there was peeling paint in some areas
My question if this normal? Do I just scrap paint and re paint these areas and get a new inspection?
I understand it is sellers responsibility to get this taken care of but she’s an older woman and I think it would be easier for me to just get it done.
