If you use a handyman or contractor then you can deduct the entire amount.

I think it's rude frankly as this website is supposed to be a helping, friendly community. 

I don't use BP much since I'm in Subto and usually in that space, but if you're doing deals down here let me know!

Hi all, If you use Avail currently or in the past, could you please provide feedback as I'm thinking about using them for tenant screening, lease agreements and rent collection.
