if no license is required to bring buyers and sellers together then there would be no real estate industry and all no department of real estate in each state etc etc.. be just like China they have no rules anyone can do anything.Kind of like student pilots who never actually get their license but continue to fly for  years and years totally illegally.. or doctors that practice without proper license or no license at all.. etc etc.. its the law that's why many brokers like myself protect our industry..

It's quite exciting because I will start to look for a RE agent in the area in the next month or two as I practice analyzing each property.
