enjoy whistler. the drive north towards the interior is beautiful. you'll fall in love with BC no doubt!

I will be looking for multi-family properties in North to Central FL.  

@Jon Huber Yeah, there seems to have been some garbage data that got in there (ZIP 34109 is actually North Naples, but the dataset called it Plantation Island...).

My properties are north of Boston in Haverhill area.I am looking to venture out, but like others have said without knowing all you can know locally, be careful from straying too far from home.

My electrician who was replacing knob & tube wiring last year on a project, informed me of the same problem, not ignorable here up north!  

Mansoor,Clarification first - 95605 and 95691 are both West Sacramento zip codes in Yolo County.95838 is actually North Sacramento, in Sacramento County.

If you are also looking for a turn-key investment then I would consider opening up the area to surrounding cities.La Crescenta, Montrose, Glendale, Burbank, Tujunga, and Sun Valley to the west, Alta Dena to the north, the cities along the 210 freeway to the east, and South Pasadena, Alhambra and areas of Los Angeles to the south. 

The North and West sides are hot but I think South Buffalo is next to see action.  

We (my family) have a Duplex on Jamaica Court (2 blocks north of the coaster). 

Mine is in the old north end.
