I have been listening to bigger pockets podcasts for a long time.  I am finally ready to get off the fence and start investing.  I am moving to FL, probably suburban Jacksonville/St.Johns county. I will be looking for multi-family properties in North to Central FL.  I want to network with BP members (investors, wholesalers, agents etc) and would appreciate any insight you can provide.

Welcome to Jacksonville and to the BP community!  Are you planning to continue as a broker in FL or are you jumping fully into the investor game?
