I just want like 20 minutes of educated legal advice and everything I need to know about me doing this cross country not just state to state (the way I have learned and the contracts, strategies etc that I will use) Hopefully you can help me as soon as possible, I have multiple properties that I have gone through the acquisitions steps and need to make offers and get contracts before I lose them, but I need to do my due diligence first.

After you’ve obtained this, kind of cross reference it with what is defined under the zoning/ordinance as permissible. - It can be very location specific from needing a permit for a pole barn (actual agricultural use, to not needing anything based on the additional being directly for agricultural use- just depends on your local authority)If you’re zoned as cumulative - you are usually allowed to go down in impact on the land usage, but not up.

@Kuriakos MellosThe good: the lender will keep the loan in house so they can be a little more flexible with terms since they won’t be selling it off.The bad: higher rates and look out to make sure they don’t want to cross-collateralize

Some counties have an interactive GIS map that will have ownership, zoning and other information for each parcel in the county.You may have to cross reference whatever you find with the local zoning ordinances to see what is allowed on your particular zoning category.
