Questions about auctions and foreclosures.

We are fairly new to purchasing real estate but have some questions as far as auctions. I have little capital and looking to purchase my first BRRRR rental property. I was wondering if anyone knew much about auctions, Leans, Titles, Expectations, how to find this information out BEFORE entering a bid, and so on. I would love to know people's opinions on Auctions as well. We would love to connect with people and partner if interested in purchasing real estate or learning about auctions or simply looking to be a mentor for new motivated inspiring investors. We are located in the Jacksonville FL area. Feel free to DM any time thank you!
