There is not enough space on the side of the house to expand it to two car width wise, but there is space length wise to lengthen it and turn it into a two car tandem garage or add a carport in addition to the single car garage.

Charlotte's market still has a lot of movement so I feel confident in getting some activity, I just want to make sure I'm around the right resources as someone learning from the ground up, so that's a good point you make about marketing training and tools.yup charlotte is booming I am starting my first two new builds there in June.. and hope to expand to 20 or so a year.. its crazy hot and booming.. and I can see why .. for those coming from higher priced NE these homes are half price.kind of like what we experienced here in the Portlandia market up until a few years ago.. with Californians flocking in to buy half priced homes.. its still that way in Certain CA. markets.. but no all of CA is multi million..
