.- After that, it's to the front of the building... there's a few general renovation tasks that I won't bore you with but I will be putting a garage door in the front of the building to make this space indoor car storage for at least fifteen cars... this portion of the building isn't over the basement but I'll wait until a structural engineer gives me the okay before I start this project.- I'll also be putting a front door on that (10 X 10) space when we're adding the garage door to have the option to rent it out but I'm most likely going to keep the space for myself.- Once complete w/ the front of the building I'm likely going to mirror the storage setup onto the other side of the building in the back partition...

There are different stages of adding valueHypothetically if I would go back 7 years and own a piece of land outright with zero experience..I would spend money and pay a few consultants and engineers to get approvals for the best use of the land example 300 unit condo building..

Now there are different people coming and going all the time, nobody says "Hi", loud music late at night, pot smoke smells drifting into our yard, random people sitting in their car in front of our house running their engines for hours while they talk on the phone, permanent dumpster on a residential street etc.

Outside building looks great, that picture that I put in is the back of the building.I went at Saturday night to check on neighborhood, pub next door had loud music, train pass across the street of the building as well :)
