I am the commercial banker you get handed off to when your previous banker either 1) senses trouble and wants to hand you off or 2) is forced to by senior management after a cycle of loan review due to various concerns.  

The rents are 350 for one bedrooms and 425 for 2 beds and it is 60 percent 1 bed and 40 percent 2 bedroomThe rents are right there with the market aThe price is 1.4 mil with 25 percent downThe banker can get me a 4 percent loan but on 15 years due do the age of the property.

I am a commercial banker and my wife just started her career as a realtor.

@David Wild If you have the time the Broward REIA is really great as well.Even though its down south many awesome investors and vendors go to that one.The Palm Beach REIA meets at the ale house on lakes and I have met some great people there as well.If you need General Contractors, home inspectors, attorneys, accountants, mortgage bankers, etc. in Palm Beach county or I can help in any way let me know.Hope all is well,- James

Trying to see if there are bankers or former bankers/lenders out there that do their own foreclosure before selling.

I recently talked to my banker at my local bank (Utah power), they underwrite all their loans and don't go off a credit score just credit history, I have great credit so this isn't an issue.
