Ohio could be a promising choice, given its lively cities like Columbus, Cincinnati, and Cleveland.

In Cleveland thats terrible but were a cashflow market.

I would recommend checking out Columbus OH and Cleveland OH.

Ohio is truly worth considering, as it is home to vibrant cities such as Columbus, Cincinnati, and Cleveland.

Cleveland is another great option here as it is consistently known as a top market for cash flow with opportunities to get in at a low PP.

Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).

We have plenty of investors from California that invest in cities like Cleveland and Columbus. 

I have not contacted him yet, but Tal Tamir with Premier Cleveland Investmrnts, is a Cleveland native, RE broker and, investor who specializes in helping investors buy Cleveland area properties.

I still come across 1% deals in Columbus and Cleveland, with more cashflow and slightly cheaper deals in Cleveland, while significant economic drivers (OSU, Nationwide, Intel, Nationwide Children's Hospital, etc.) make Columbus a very attractive destination for appreciation. 

You can really make a deal work here in Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, etc.
