I plan on contacting them to find the best pre-qualified offer.Created a list of agents with FHA/203k loan experience mixed with HUD registered agents.Made a initial list of local certified 203k contractors.Plan to look for properties in Westchester County, Putnam County, Rockland County, Orange County, Bergen County, Hudson County, and Essex County.

I'm not sure if I need to use a "lead safe certified" electrician to do this, since part of the drywall will have to be cut out to remove the old panel, or whether I can use the electrician I normally use.

Then a second after no response I sent certified..so I think since the mail carrier couldn't get a signature, it got returned..need to go to post office to get it to verify exactly what happened.
