Low vacancy, solid rents in areas like Southtown, Lavaca, Beacon Hill, Tobin Hill, Five Points, Alta Vista, Lone State, Blue Star,  South of Southtown, etc.  

I'm an absolute beginner when it comes to real estate butI'm looking to change that soon.

Hello,When will be the best time to start buying Multi-family in Los Angeles or LA County again?

Maybe reinvest in blue collar markets in the mid-west and get a larger cash flow?

I don't follow them anymore in Wake county... but I still will attend/bid trustee sales there once in a blue moon.

But let that tenant leave and you could be out - so Yes - South KC, North of the River, Raytown and there are also deal on the KS side, but prices are going to be higher - as well as some areas of the Northland, Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, Belton and Raymore.
